Answers to frequently asked questions:
-- Apeiron *requires* System 6.07 or later (yes, it works just fine with System 7.5 and the PowerMacs). It also requires a 256 color/gray scale monitor that is 13" or larger (640x480 pixels or greater).
-- No, the static on the main screen isn't a bug; it is a stereogram!
-- Certain video cards may cause the sound to break up during during fades. This is because the video card drivers turn off interrupts while they are changing color table entries, and some video cards do not handle color table changes in an optimal manner. Since interrupts are off while the video card is changing color table entries, the Sound Manager cannot service the sound chip quickly enough, and the sound breaks up.
-- Apeiron requires 2,800K in order to play properly. If your Macintosh doesn't have enough spare memory to play Apeiron, you can remove the "Apeiron Music" file from the "Apeiron ƒ" folder, and lower Apeiron's memory requirements (in the Get Info... box) to 2,100K. The game will play normally, you just won't be able to enjoy Apeiron's cool music. Happy hunting!
-- There are no "dud" yummie coins; you may however get a yummie coins that you already have, or you may get an extra life.
